For over a decade, I’ve worked in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), supporting companies through key transitions—setting up operations, expanding into new sites, adapting to regulatory changes, or bridging the gap before hiring a full-time safety officer. I’ve seen how easily compliance can slip during these moments, exposing businesses to risks they didn’t see coming.
That’s why I started Safety by Design Co.—to help organizations meet mandatory safety standards with confidence, and create work spaces that are not only compliant, but built to support people and performance. Because at the end of the day, my work is about transforming workplaces that drive better human performance.
